TOOLING FABRICATION AND R&D

We are able to manufacture own tooling for production. Together with our inhouse R&D we can offer complete metal forming and machining solutions to customers. Our R&D team consists of 15 qualified engineers and designers. Our capacity for tooling fabrication is :-

· Precision Grinding (Surface, Micro Grinder)
· Radial DRM

QA & TESTING FACILITIES

Over 30 personnel are employed to ensure that products meet customer requirements. As a further commitment to quality, the company is currently in the process of implementing TS 16949. Our parent company, Kein Hing Industry is also the pioneer in adopting the Matsushita Consulting Company (ie. MCC) quality systems.
