She currently serves in many public, social and welfare
organisations including the National Council of Religious
Affairs, Malaysia (since 1974); member of the National
Welfare Council, Malaysia and is the President of the
Spastic Children's Association of Selangor and Federal
Territory.
She is currently also the President of the Institute
of Management Consultants, Malaysia; Governor of Sunway
College Sdn Bhd; Executive Chairman of Help Institute
and Chairman of the Association of Promotion of Higher
Education In Malaysia (APHEM). She is also an advisor
to The Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute, Malaysia
(ASLI), the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre (MSRC)
and the Malaysian Board of Medical Practitioner Sdn
Bhd.
Her other directorships in public companies are as
follows:

Malaysia Land Development Company Berhad,
and Lam Soon (M) Berhad.
As at 31 December 2002, she has an indirect interest

Ali is related to Encik Zahedi Bin Mohd Zain, a Director
of the Company. She is deemed to have a family relationship
with the Company's major shareholders namely, Saleha
Dan Anak-Anak Holdings Sdn. Bhd. She does not have any
conflict of interest in any business arrangement involving
the Company or its subsidiaries. She has had no convictions
for any offences within the past 10 years.

Peter Lim Choon
Hooi, Malaysian
Executive Director of the Company. Appointed to the
Board on 12.11.1994.
He is a Member of the Audit Committee and the Executive
Committee.
Qualifications :
Master of Business Administration (Finance), University
of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), U.S.A. Bachelor of
Economics (Hons), University of Malaya.
He started his career as a bank examiner with Bank
Negara in 1981 and left to join Berjaya Group Berhad
in 1987 as a business development executive. After returning
from United States in 1991, he joined Inter-Pacific
Securities Sdn. Bhd., as Institutional Sales Manager.
In 1993, he joined Hirotani (M) Sdn. Bhd. (now known
as Hirotako Acoustics Sdn. Bhd.) as an Executive Director.
He has no shareholding in Hirotako Holdings Berhad.
Mr. Lim Choon Hooi does not have any family relationship
with any director and/or major shareholder of Hirotako
Holdings Berhad. He does not have any conflict of interest
in any business arrangement involving the Company or
its subsidiaries. He has had no convictions for any
offences within the past 10 years.

Tony Leow
Sun Hock, Malaysian
Executive Director of the Company. Appointed to the
Board on 12.11.1994.
Mr. Leow also serves as the Managing Director of the
Company's subsidiaries namely, Autoliv Hirotako Sdn
Bhd, Autoliv Hirotako Safety Sdn Bhd, Autoliv Hirotako
SRS Sdn Bhd and Hirotako Acoustics Sdn Bhd. He is also
a Director in Duralux Sdn Bhd and Teck See Plastics
Sdn Bhd.
He has over 28 years of experience in automotive related
industries such as petroleum products, automotive accessories
and seat belts. In 1977, he was appointed the Sales
and Marketing Manager of Britax Sdn Bhd, the pioneer
in seat belts manufacturing in Malaysia. He left in
1980 to join Extend Products Sdn Bhd, who were dealing
in lubricants. Extend Products commenced seat belts
manufacturing in 1980.
Mr. Leow Sun Hock spent 16 years in the motor rallying
scene from 1969 to 1985 as a driver/navigator. He was
the Asean Champion in 1979 and Malaysian Champion for
3 years. Apart from his busy schedule, he finds time
to be actively involved in the following :-

1984 : Initiated and organized the 1st Kiwanis
Treasure Hunt to raise funds for charitable organizations.
The hunts have since been the major fund raising
project for Kiwanis and the KDSF for the past 18
years. |

Sdn. Bhd., a major shareholder of the Company.
Mr. Leow Sun Hock does not have any family relationship
with any director and/or major shareholder of Hirotako
Holdings Berhad. A company controlled by his spouse
and son has business arrangement involving one of the
Company's subsidiaries. He has had no convictions for
any offences within the past 10 years.

Zahedi bin
Mohd Zain, Malaysian
Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Appointed to the Board on 12.11.1994.
He is a Member of the Executive Committee.
Qualifications :
B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Science, Brighton Polytechnic,
United Kingdom.
He was a production engineer in Petroliam Nasional
Berhad from 1981 to 1985. He left Petroliam Nasional
Berhad in 1995 and joined Perushaan Dapat Sdn. Bhd.
(now known as Autoliv Hirotako Safety Sdn. Bhd.) as
an Executive Director, a position he still holds.
His other directorship in a public company is as follow:
Fitters Holdings Berhad.
As at 31 December 2002, he has a direct interest in
2,323,000 shares and an indirect interest in 44,429,807
ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Hirotako Holdings
Berhad via Saleha Dan Anak-Anak Holdings Sdn. Bhd.,

Cheah Beng

Appointed to the Board on 23.4.1996.
He is the Chairman of Remuneration Committee and a
Member of Audit Committee.
Qualifications :
LLB (Hons) degree, National University of Singapore
and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1970.
He holds 60,307 ordinary shares in Hirotako Holdings
Berhad.
Mr. Cheah Beng Poh does not have any family relationship
with any director and/or major shareholder of Hirotako
Holdings Berhad. He does not have any conflict of interest
in any business arrangement involving the Company or
its subsidiaries. He has had no convictions for any

Chua Eng Seng,
Malaysian
Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Appointed to the Board on 1.6.2000.
He is a Member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration
Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Risk Management
Committee.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), University of Malaya.
He served with the Malaysian Industrial Development
Authority (MIDA) from 1971 to 2000, during which time,
he held such senior positions as Director of Tariff
Division and Director of Metal and Engineering Industries
Division. His last position before retirement from Government
was that of Deputy Director General I of MIDA.
Mr. Chua Eng Seng does not have any family relationship
with any director and/or major shareholder of Hirotako
Holdings Berhad. He does not have any conflict of interest
in any business arrangement involving the Company or
its subsidiaries. He has had no convictions for any
offences within the past 10 years.

Ng Wai Kee,

Non- Independent Non-Executive Director of the company.

Qualifications :
Bachelor of Accounting, University Of Technology, Sydney,
Australia
Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants,
Australia
He was a project consultant in Westpac Banking Corporation,
Sydney in 1992 and was a senior analyst with Deloitte
Touche Tohmatsu in Sydney from 1993 to 1996.
He joined the SMIS Corporation Bhd Group of Companies
in 1996 and he is currently its Executive Director in
charge of Group operations and Finance.
Mr. Ng Wai Kee does not have any family relationship

Bhd, He does not have any conflict of interest in any
business arrangement involving the company or its subsidiaries.
