of Management Consultants, Malaysia; Governor of Sunway
College Sdn Bhd; Executive Chairman of Help Institute
and Chairman of the Association of Promotion of Higher
Education In Malaysia (APHEM). She is also an advisor
to The Asian Strategy and Leadership Institute, Malaysia
(ASLI), the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre (MSRC)
and the Malaysian Board of Medical Practitioner Sdn
Bhd.

He is the Chairman of the Exexcutive Committee and a Member of the Remuneration Commitee.
Qualifications :
He is a qualified electrical engineer from Adelaide University, South Australia and is registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia as a Professional Engineer and also a member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.

Peter Lim Choon
Hooi, Malaysian
Executive Director of the Company. Appointed to the
Board on 12.11.1994.
He is a Member of the Executive Committee and the Risk Management
Committee.
Qualifications :
Master of Business Administration, University
of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), U.S.A.
He started his career as a bank examiner with Bank
Negara in 1981 and left to join Berjaya Group Berhad
in 1987 as a business development executive. After returning
from United States in 1991, he joined Inter-Pacific
Securities Sdn. Bhd., as Institutional Sales Manager.
In 1993, he joined Hirotani (M) Sdn. Bhd. (now known
as Hirotako Acoustics Sdn. Bhd.) as an Executive Director.
As at the dateof this report, Mr. Lim Choon Hooi holds 200,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Hirotako Holdings Bhd.
Mr. Lim Choon Hooi does not have any family relationship
with any director and/or major shareholder of Hirotako
Holdings Berhad. He does not have any conflict of interest

Qualifications :
B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Science, Brighton Polytechnic,
United Kingdom.
He was a production engineer in Petroliam Nasional
Berhad from 1981 to 1985. He left Petroliam Nasional
Berhad in 1995 and joined Perushaan Dapat Sdn. Bhd.
(now known as Autoliv Hirotako Safety Sdn. Bhd.)
His other directorship in a public company is as follow:

Chua Eng Seng,

Appointed to the Board on 1.6.2000.
He is a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, Executive Committee and the Remuneration
Committee. He is also the Chairman of the Risk Management
Committee.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), University of Malaya.
He served with the Malaysian Industrial Development
Authority (MIDA) from 1971 to 2000, during which time,
he held such senior positions as Director of Tariff
Division and Director of Metal and Engineering Industries
Division. His last position before retirement from Government
was that of Deputy Director General I of MIDA.
Mr. Chua Eng Seng does not have any family relationship

its subsidiaries. He has had no convictions for any

He has more than 10 years of working experience in handling corporate finance and general managment with 2 listed companies prior to joining Fajarbaru Group.

BA (Hons) University of Malaya 1978
Diploma in Education (University of Malaya 1979)
He started his career as a teacher in1979 in SMJK Pei Yuen, Kampar. He subsequenly joined the police force in 1982 and served until 1994 when he retired as a Deputy Superintendent of Police. He then founded his own construction company, Gimpai Jaya Sdn Bhd. His company was involved in the construction of a number of government projects including the Putrajaya Project (1997-2001) and the KTM Double Track Projects from Rawang to Ipoh (2001-2006)
Mr. Ng Tong Hai was appointed to the Board of Hirotako Acoustic Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidary of Hirotako Holdings Bhd in 2007. He has an indirect interest in 49,024,860 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in Hirotako Holdings Bhd via Hiro-Dapat Holdings Sdn Bhd.
